Yes. We offer a 2 year guarantee on our products if there are no signs of product abuse. We are known for our exceptional after sales service and support. We value our name and therefore we assist our customers for many years after. With externally sourced products, not manufactured by ourselves (like taps, hinges, pull-out storage units, etc.), we will assist with provision of the manufacturers’ warrantees – usually 1 year warrantee.
Yes, we offer a nationwide delivery service to customers at a very reasonable rate. You are also welcome to collect your order at the factory on the date agreed with the consultant. Please check with our sales team what is the current delivery cost for your area.
If assembly is requested, we normally assemble all our units up to a 600mm wide, tall unit. Tall units that are wider than 600mm are supplied flat-packed. If the customer collects his own order, we can assemble all the units, on special request. Just keep in mind that it can be difficult and sometimes impossible to get such a big unit into the room. You are welcome to browse our online assembly and installation videos.
No, but we prefer that our customers make use of standard sized units as much as possible, because standardisation translates to savings. Our dimensions are based on the cabinet industry of the European market.
We do however modify units when necessary. We can also design and build completely customised units. Keep in mind that the more standard the unit, the bigger the saving will be.
We only make use of A-grade boards in our factory. We do not use carcass-grade boards to knock down the price, as we believe that every product that we produce should meet the expectations of the customer and last for many years. We do not work with foil finishes as we believe that it is far inferior to melamine or PVC wrap.
The adhesives that we use in our state-of-the-art edging machine, as well as in the PVC wrapping process, are top quality product that is imported from Germany to minimise the risk of possible de-lamination. All our hardware is sourced from reputable local companies. You do have the choice to request another brand of hardware if you have a specific preference.
As part of our strategy to save the DIY customer money, we request that you visit one of our equipped showrooms with your floor plan layout(see our guidelines). At the showroom you can then select from our wide range of materials and finishes.
If you prefer to make use of an installer, kindly ask the installer to visit your home to assist with measurements.
If you need an installer, there are a few reputable installers in the Cape Town area that we can put you in touch with.
